The Medical School’s Dr Katherine Woolf, Lecturer in Medical Education, was interviewed on Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour on Monday 13th May. Kath was part of a panel discussing the recent rise in female GPs and whether those working part-time create a problem for the NHS.
If you missed it you can catch up on Kath’s discussion on the BBC Radio 4 website
Kath was invited to participate as one of her research interests is gender equality in science and medicine and she also recently took part in the first BBC Expert Women training day. A video of the day can be found here (Kath is at minute 3.20!) and some information on the scheme is here.
